Founder Access Waitlist Privacy Notice

The data controller is Vantage Labs SRL (CUI 54630331), Str. Azurului 5, Sector 6, București, Romania. For any question or request about your data, contact privacy@vantagehealthapp.com.

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address (and your name, if you provide one). We use it only to:

• —add you to the founder-access waitlist, and
• —email you about founder access and the app’s launch.

We do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not use analytics or tracking cookies on this site. You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist.

We process your email on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting it to join the waitlist. You can withdraw your consent at any time — use the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or contact us at the address above. Withdrawing does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew.

Your email is stored securely on our own infrastructure in the European Union (Amazon Web Services, Frankfurt). We do not share it with any third-party email or marketing provider, and we do not transfer it outside the EU/EEA.

We keep your email for the waitlist until the earliest of: you create a Vantage account — after which it is held as your account email under the app’s Privacy Policy (see §7) and is no longer kept under this notice; you ask us to remove it or unsubscribe; or [12 months] after the app’s launch if you have not signed up. In the latter two cases, we delete it.

You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact privacy@vantagehealthapp.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28–30, Sector 1, 010336 București; www.anspdcp.ro).

If you create a Vantage account when the app launches, your email becomes your account email and the Vantage app’s Privacy Policy governs how we handle your data from that point.
